Founded in 2006, business partners Scott Womack and Calvin Gladstone bring a history of distributor ownership and management, contract cleaner ownership, manufacturers’ representation and positions of top management in the manufacturing sector to Hygienic Technologies. They each have over 30 years of experience within the sanitary supply industry. Hy-Tech continuously strives to educate distributor sales representatives, facility service professionals and contract cleaners in the use of innovative tools, new systems and environmentally friendly cleaning products.

 

Hy-Tech understands brand and category management as well as national market and channel distribution. Corporate focus is on training that leads to growth and profitability for distributors and manufacturers. Hy-Tech creates a unique partnership between manufacturers and distributors that facilitates team work and a positive outcome. Hygienic Technologies and Training, Inc.’s mission is to be the leader at marketing better solutions to maintain a cleaner environment.

 

Hygienic Technologies and Training has been awarded numerous sales awards including the Star Sales Award by Americo Manufacturing in 2006, 2010 and 2012, The Rep group of the Year by Big D Industries in 2011, The Best of the Best Award from Sandia Plastics in 2009 and 2012 and The Best of the Best Award by Mercury Floor Machines in 2009 and 2012.



Scott Womack began his career with Bestway Products Company in Salt lake City, Utah and became a manufacturer’s representative with The Cal Kemp Agency in Denver, Colorado in 1982. He became the National Sales Director for Big D Industries in 1989 and the National Sales manager for White Mop-Pullman Holt Corporation in 1997.  In 2005 he co-founded Hygienic Technologies & Training.

Calvin Gladstone, a Florida native, began his career in 1983 with Reef Chemical Company in Santa Barbara, Ca. He became an owner of this company in 1985. In 1993 he moved back to South Florida, holding positions with Lagasse Bros. and United Stationers. In 2005 he co-founded Hygienic Technologies & Training.
